The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM Regulations) are the regulations for managing the health, safety and welfare of construction projects.

The regulations cover all building and construction work from demolition, refurbishment, repairs, extensions and maintenance to new builds.
The regulations were introduced in 1994 following the publication of The European Directive 92/57/EEC publication that laid down the minimum safety and health requirements for temporary or mobile structures. Since then the CDM Regulations have been revised in 2007 and 2015 to ensure that health and safety issues are properly considered for the duration of a project.
At Stonehouse CDM we are well versed in CDM Regulations and have the organisational capability of experience, skills, training and knowledge to assist you on your project. Get in touch with us today if you need our assistance.
